No Deposit To Pay

At Storagebase we don't require a security deposit if you pay by direct debit.

Free Lock

Most storage companies charge you extra for a lock for your room.
We provide you with a FREE high security lock for your room.
Only you hold the keys to your room. We do not have master keys so only you have access.

Only 7 Days Notice to Vacate

Vacate your room at any time by giving just 7 days notice.
Don't worry if you have paid for more time - we refund unused days.

Unused Days Refunded

You will probably want to move out part way through time you have paid for.
We will refund the value of any days you have paid for but not used (calculated to the nearest day)
We don't round your charges up to the nearest week or month.
If you prepay & you need to move out during that time you will get back any amount overpaid.

Save on VAT

If you are a business customer and VAT registered you can recover the VAT on our charges which is not the case with most storage companies. Make sure you check that you have been quoted rates exclusive of VAT for your storage when comparing our service with other companies.
